How to stop the recreation of trauma

When we carry unresolved trauma, we often tend to cycle through different trauma roles, until we learn how to integrate the roles. Once we get aware and acknowledge where and how the trauma role pattern shows up we can integrate the roles, when doing this it stops the cycle and the recreation of trauma ↓

🔄 Victim role 〰️ is integrated when we don’t victimize ourselves and recognize that we can be our own rescuer.
🔄 Abuser role 〰️ When we stop (re)playing abusive messages, memories and stories in our head. Tip: imagine a big red STOP sign 🚫 moving from the right to the left of your eyesight, until the abusive messages have stopped.
🔄 Rescuer role 〰️ When we stop fantasizing about getting rescued by someone else and realise that no one can make us complete, only our self can fill out any void.
🔄 Non-protecting bystander role 〰️ (When we are being our own non-protecting bystander). We integrate the role, e.g. by making sure to keep our doctor’s appointments and implement the help we need etc. as a part of our daily self-care.

Acknowledge and treat yourself with care for noticing and acting.

Send me a message or book a discovery call for information on how to unwire trauma loops & non-beneficial survival mechanisms at the subconscious level.
