Our looping thoughts are directly linked to our self-esteem and heatlh

Self-esteem means what you think about yourself, which is why looping thought is directly linked to our self-esteem. The way we speak to ourselves and the thoughts we think becomes a part of our blueprint and affects our self-image and worth. When we create our beliefs, our beliefs are creating us. ↓

Are we daily replaying critical thoughts, then it will have a negative impact on our self-esteem (“I’m so stupid“ 〰️ “Who am I to X or Y” 〰️ “I’m worthless” etc.). Critical thoughts do not only have a negative impact on our self-esteem it has a direct impact on our biology as well, affecting hormones like cortisol, the stress hormone. Is self-criticism replaced with self-praises on the other hand (“I’m more than enough” 〰️ “I respect and love myself” 〰️ “I matter” etc.) it has a positive impact on our self-image and boosts our self-esteem and health.
